STMicroelectronics STM32F412RET6

The STM32F412RET6 is a high-performance microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, belonging to the Dynamic Efficiency line with Batch Acquisition Mode (BAM), which optimizes power consumption while maintaining robust processing capabilities. Built on an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with a floating-point unit (FPU), it operates at frequencies up to 100 MHz, delivering 125 DMIPS with zero-wait state execution from Flash memory via the Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator™). The device features up to 1 Mbyte of Flash memory and 256 Kbytes of SRAM, along with a flexible external static memory controller supporting SRAM, PSRAM, and NOR Flash, plus a dual-mode Quad-SPI interface for expanded memory options. An LCD parallel interface (8080/6800 modes) is also included. Power efficiency is exceptional, with run mode consumption of 112 µA/MHz, stop mode as low as 18 µA, and standby mode down to 2.4 µA.
