STMicroelectronics STM32F446RET6

The STM32F446RET6 is a high-performance microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, built around the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with a floating-point unit (FPU). Operating at frequencies up to 180 MHz, it delivers 225 DMIPS with zero-wait state execution from Flash memory via the Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator™). The device features 512 KB of Flash memory, 128 KB of SRAM, and a flexible external memory controller with a 16-bit data bus supporting SRAM, PSRAM, SDRAM/LPSDR SDRAM, and NOR/NAND Flash. A dual-mode Quad-SPI interface enables efficient external memory expansion, while an LCD parallel interface (8080/6800 modes) supports direct display connectivity. The STM32F446RET6 offers extensive analog integration with three 12-bit ADCs (up to 7.2 MSPS in triple interleaved mode) and two 12-bit DACs. It features up to 17 timers and a 16-stream DMA controller.
