The STM32G031F6P6 is an ultra-low-power microcontroller from STMicroelectronics based on the Arm® 32-bit Cortex®-M0+ core, operating at a frequency of up to 64 MHz. This device integrates up to 64 Kbytes of Flash memory with protection and a securable area, along with 8 Kbytes of SRAM featuring hardware parity check for enhanced safety. Designed for flexibility in power-sensitive applications, it supports a wide voltage range of 1.7 V to 3.6 V and offers multiple low-power modes including Sleep, Stop, Standby, and Shutdown, with a dedicated VBAT supply for the RTC and backup registers. The STM32G031F6P6 is available in an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for harsh environments.

– Two I2C-bus interfaces supporting Fastmode Plus (1 Mbit/s) with extra currentsink, one supporting SMBus/PMBus andwakeup from Stop mode

– Two USARTs with master/slavesynchronous SPI; one supporting ISO7816interface, LIN, IrDA capability, auto baudrate detection and wakeup feature

– One low-power UART

– Two SPIs (32 Mbit/s) with 4- to 16-bitprogrammable bitframe, one multiplexedwith I2S interface
