The STM32L051K8T6 is an ultra-low-power 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core with MPU, operating at frequencies up to 32 MHz and delivering 0.95 DMIPS/MHz. Designed for energy-sensitive applications, it features an optimized ultra-low-power platform with standby mode consuming as low as 0.27 µA, stop mode at 0.4 µA, and active mode consumption of 88 µA/MHz. The device integrates up to 64 KB of Flash memory with ECC, 8 KB of RAM, and 2 KB of data EEPROM with ECC, providing robust memory reliability. Rich analog peripherals include a 12-bit ADC with up to 1.14 Msps and 16 channels, and two ultra-low-power comparators with window mode and wake-up capability.
