The STM32L151C8T6 is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the ARM® Cortex®-M3 32-bit core, operating at frequencies from 32 kHz up to 32 MHz. Designed for energy-sensitive applications, it delivers exceptional power efficiency with multiple low-power modes, including 0.28 µA Standby mode and 1.38 µA Stop mode with RTC, while maintaining fast wakeup times of less than 8 µs. The device features up to 128 Kbytes of Flash memory with ECC, 32 Kbytes of RAM, and 4 Kbytes of true EEPROM. It integrates a rich set of analog peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC, dual 12-bit DACs, ultra-low-power comparators, and an LCD driver (supporting up to 8x40 segments). With a wide supply voltage range of 1.65 V to 3.6 V and an extended temperature range of –40°C to 105°C, the STM32L151C8T6 is ideal for battery-powered, portable, and industrial applications requiring low power consumption, high reliability, and robust performance.
