STMicroelectronics STM32L431CCT6

This ultra-low-power microcontroller is built around the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with FPU and DSP instructions, operating at frequencies up to 80 MHz. It leverages FlexPowerControl and an adaptive real-time accelerator (ART Accelerator™) to achieve zero-wait-state execution from Flash memory while maintaining exceptional energy efficiency. The device features multiple low-power modes, including 8 nA Shutdown mode, 28 nA Standby mode, and 1.0 µA Stop 2 mode, with fast wakeup times as low as 4 µs from Stop mode. It offers up to 256 KB of Flash memory with proprietary code readout protection, 64 KB of SRAM (16 KB with hardware parity check), and a Quad SPI interface for memory expansion. Rich analog integration includes a 5 Msps 12-bit ADC with hardware oversampling, dual 12-bit DACs, an operational amplifier with programmable gain, and ultra-low-power comparators.
