Description：

The TPA148 is a series of high-common-voltage, high-sidecurrent-sense amplifiers, which has very high precisionand accuracy specifications of VOS less than 100 μV (max)and gain error less than 0.7% (max). Five fixed gainsare available: 20 V/V, 50 V/V, 100 V/V, 200 V/V, and 500V/V. These gain options provide a wide dynamic range forcurrent-sensing applications.The TPA148 features an input common-mode voltagerange from 3.0 V to 120 V with 80 kHz of smallsignal bandwidth, which makes it ideal for small-signalconditioning interfacing with a SAR ADC.The TPA148 offers breakthrough performance throughoutthe −40°C to +125°C temperature range. It features azero-drift core, which leads to a maximum offset drift of0.5 μV/°C throughout the operating temperature range andthe common-mode voltage range. The package of TPA148is SOT23-5.
