The GD32E23x value product series is based on the Cortex®-M23 core and has a main frequency of up to 72MHz. For MCUS and embedded applications that require compact designs, this series offers excellent energy efficiency through a small yet powerful instruction set and a widely optimized design, providing advanced processing capabilities including single-cycle multipliers and 17-cycle dividers. The GD32E23x series MCU offers up to 128KB of embedded flash memory and up to 16KB of SRAM. A variety of enhanced I/O and on-chip peripherals are connected to two APB buses. The MCU series offers 1 12-bit ADC and 1 comparator, 5 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 1 basic timer, 1 PWM advanced timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to 2 SPIs, 2 I2Cs, 2 USArts and 1 I2S. It is powered by a 1.8V to 3.6V power supply and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The GD32E23x series offers three power-saving modes, achieving an excellent balance between wake-up delay and power consumption, which is an important consideration for low-power applications. It can be widely applied to various scenarios such as industrial control, motor drive, human-machine interface, power monitoring and alarm systems, consumer and handheld devices, games and GPS, electric bicycles, etc.
The GD32E230 product has a main frequency of up to 72MHz and supports up to 64KB Flash and 8KB SARM. It also integrates USART, I2C, SPI, I2S, ADC, comparators, and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32E230 product series offers TSSOP20, LGA20, QFN28, QFN32, LQFP32 and LQFP48 package options.
