Overview:

The GD32F303 product series supports SDIO and 21-channel ADC. Its main frequency is up to 120MHz, supporting up to 3072K Flash and 96K SARM. It also integrates CAN2.0B, USB FS, EXMC (External Memory Controller), and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32F303 product series offers LQFP48, LQFP64, LQFP100 and LQFP144 package options.

The GD32F3 series adopts the Cortex®-M4 core, with a maximum main frequency of up to 120MHz and supports DSP instruction operations. Equipped with a super-large capacity Flash ranging from 128KB to 3072KB and SRAM from 48KB to 96KB, the core can access the flash memory at high speed with zero wait. The chip is powered by 2.6V-3.6V, and the I/O ports can withstand a 5V level. It is equipped with 2 16-bit advanced timers that support three-phase PWM complementary output and Hall acquisition interface for vector control. It also features up to 10 16-bit general-purpose timers, 2 16-bit basic timers and 2 multi-channel DMA controllers. And it is equipped with a variety of basic peripheral resources for a wide range of mainstream applications. It includes up to 3 USArts, 2 UArts, 3 SPIs, 2 I2C, 2 I2S, 2 CAN2.0B and 1 SDIO, as well as an external bus expansion controller (EXMC). The built-in USB 2.0 OTG FS interface can provide multiple transmission modes such as Device, HOST, and OTG. 10/100M Ethernet can assist in the development of real-time applications with Ethernet connection functions. The chip is also equipped with three 12-bit high-speed ADCs with a sampling rate as high as 2.6M SPS, providing up to 21 reusable channels, and has two 12-bit Dacs. Up to 80% of GPIOs offer a variety of optional functions and support port remapping, meeting the demands of mainstream development applications with enhanced connectivity. The GD32F3 series maintains perfect software and hardware compatibility with the GD32F1 series, allowing users to freely switch between multiple product series conveniently.
