TI TPS62090QRGTRQ1 Datesheet

The TPS62090-Q1 device family is a high-frequency synchronous step-down converter optimized for small design size and high efficiency in battery-powered applications. To maximize efficiency, the converters operate in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode at a nominal switching frequency of 2.8MHz to 1.4MHz and automatically enter power-save operating mode at light load currents. When used for distributed power and point-of-load regulation, these devices allow voltage tracking of other voltage rails and allow the use of output capacitors in the range of 10µF to 150µF and even higher. By using the DCS-Control topology, these devices achieve excellent load transient performance and accurate output regulation. The output voltage startup ramp is controlled by the SS pin, supporting operation as a standalone power supply or in a tracking configuration, and power sequencing is also possible by configuring the enable and power good pins. Description:

The TPS62090-Q1 device family is a high-frequency synchronous step-down converter optimized for small design size and high efficiency in battery-powered applications. To maximize efficiency, the converters in this family operate in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode at a nominal switching frequency of 2.8MHz to 1.4MHz, and automatically enter power-save operating mode at light load currents. The output voltage startup ramp is controlled by the SS pin, supporting operation as a standalone power supply or in a tracking configuration. Power sequencing is also possible by configuring the enable and power good pins. In power-save mode, these devices have a typical quiescent operating current of 20µA. They automatically enter power-save mode and maintain high efficiency seamlessly over the entire load current range.
