Description:

The TPA127 is a high-side, unidirectional current-sensingamplifier with a current output. Although designed forcurrent shunt measurement, the device is also wellsuited for measurement and level conversion in creativeapplications.The device converts the differential input voltage to acurrent output by its transconductance characteristic. Theoutput current flows through the external load resistor andgenerates the output voltage. The gain between the outputvoltage and differential input voltage can be set from 1 toover 100 by the product of the external load resistor andtransconductance.The supply and input voltages are independent andoperate from 3 V to 60 V. The device is available in theSOT23-5 package. Its operating temperature range is from−40°C to +125°C.
