The devices in this series consist of one or twocomparators on a single monolithic substrate. Thecommon-mode input voltage range includes ground andpower even when operated from a single supply, and thelow power supply current drain makes these comparatorssuitable for battery operation. The devices are designed todirectly interface with TTL and CMOS, and the outputs canbe connected to other open-collector or open-drain outputsto achieve wired-AND relationships.The operating temperature range of the devices is from−40°C to +125°C.

• Low Supply Current: 50 μA per Channel

• High-to-Low Propagation Delay: 120 ns

• Internal Hysteresis Ensures Clean Switching

• Offset Voltage: ±4 mV

• Input Bias Current: 30 pA (Typ)

• Input Common-Mode Range Extends 100 mV

• No ESD Diode at both Input Pin to +VS and Output Pinto +VS

• Open-Drain Output for Maximum Flexibility

• LMV331X-S5TR-S, LMV393X-SO1R-S, and LMV393XVS1R-S are Qualified for Automotive Applications withthe AEC- Q100 Reliability Test
