The TP201x family of push-pull output comparatorsfeatures the world-class lowest nano-power (250nAmaximum) and fast 13μs response time capability,allowing operation from 1.6V to 6V. Input commonmode range to supply rails makes the TP201x an idealchoice for power-sensitive, low-voltage (2-cell)applications.The TP201x push-pull output supports rail-to-rail outputswing and interfaces with TTL /CMOS logic, and arecapable of driving heavy DC or capacitive loads. Theinternal input hysteresis eliminates output switching dueto internal input noise voltage, reducing current draw.The output limits supply current surges and dynamicpower consumption while switching. Beyond the railsinput and rail-to-rail output characteristics allow the fullpower-supply voltage to be used for signal range.
