The 3PEAK TP5531/5532/5534 is a series of low-powerchopper-stabilized operational amplifiers that provide inputoffset voltage correction for low offset and offset drift overtime and temperature. The series operates with a singlesupply voltage as low as 1.8 V, while drawing a quiescentcurrent of 42 μA per amplifier with a gain bandwidthproduct of 350 kHz. The series is unity-gain stable, andhas no 1/f noise. It also has a good power supply rejectionratio (PSRR) and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR),and features the rail-to-rail input and output swing.The series is designed using an advanced CMOS process.The TP5531 (single version) is available in the SOT353(SC70-5), SOT23-5, and SOP8 packages. The TP5532(dual version) is offered in the MSOP8 and SOP8packages. The TP5534 (quad version) is available in theTSSOP14 and SOP14 packages. All versions are specifiedfor operation from −40°C to 125°C.
