The TPA558x is the newest zero-drift amplifier with amaximum 20-μV low-offset voltage, low noise, and stablehigh-frequency response. It incorporates proprietary andpatented design techniques to achieve excellent ACperformance with 15-MHz bandwidth, 4.9-V/μs slew rate,and low distortion while drawing 1-mA quiescent currentper amplifier. The input common-mode voltage extendsto V–, and the output swings rail-to-rail. The amplifiercan be used as a plug-in replacement for commerciallyavailable op-amps to improve performance. Consideringthe requirements of the low standby power in some specialapplications, there is a shutdown function which is theTPA558xN series with only 7.5-μA shutdown current.The TPA5581 and TPA5581U (1-ch version) are offeredin the SOT23-5 and SOT353-5 (SC70-5) packages.The TPA5582 (2-ch version) is available in the SOP8,TSSOP8, MSOP8, DFN2X2-8, and DFN3X3-8 packages.The TPA5581N (shutdown version) is only offered in theSOT23-5 package. All versions are operated over theindustrial temperature range from −40°C to +125°C.
