 The TPA653x is a series of CMOS single, dual, andquad RRIO op amps with low offset, low power, andstable high-frequency response. The series incorporates3PEAK’s proprietary and patented design techniques toachieve 300-kHz bandwidth, 0.15-V/μs slew rate, and lowdistortion while drawing only 25 μA of quiescent currentper amplifier which is suitable for low-power applications.The TPA653x op amps have 1-μVPP voltage noise at 0.1Hz to 10 Hz, because the bipolar transistor with low 1/fnoise is used as the input stage.
