ADI HMC564LC4 STOCK

The HMC564LC4 from Analog Devices is a high-dynamic-range GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) designed for operation across the 7 to 14 GHz frequency band. Housed in a compact, leadless RoHS-compliant 4x4 mm SMT package, this self-biased LNA delivers exceptionally flat small-signal gain of 17 dB, a low noise figure of 1.8 dB, and an outstanding output third-order intercept point (OIP3) of +25 dBm. It operates from a single +3V supply at just 51 mA, making it ideal for power-sensitive microwave radio applications. With DC-blocked RF I/Os and 50-ohm matched input/output, the HMC564LC4 ensures easy integration into a wide range of RF and microwave systems, including point-to-point radios, VSAT, test equipment, and defense platforms.
