The EN6347QI is an Intel® Enpirion® Power System ona Chip (PowerSoC) DC-DC converter. It integrates theinductor, MOSFET switches, small-signal circuits andcompensation in an advanced 4mm x 7mm x 1.85mm38-pin QFN package.The EN6347QI is specifically designed to meet theprecise voltage and fast transient requirements ofpresent and future high-performance, low-powerprocessor, DSP, FPGA, memory boards and systemlevel applications in distributed power architectures.The device’s advanced circuit techniques, highswitching frequency, and proprietary integratedinductor technology deliver high-quality, ultracompact, non-isolated DC-DC conversion.Intel Enpirion Power Solutions significantly help insystem design and productivity by offering greatlysimplified board design, layout and manufacturingrequirements.
