Analog Devices AD7606BSTZ

The AD7606AD7606-6/AD7606-4 are 16-bit, 8/6/4-channel synchronous sampling analogue-to-digital data acquisition systems (DAS), respectively. Each device has built-in analogue input box level protection, second-order anti-alias filters, track-and-hold amplifiers, 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs), flexible digital filters, a 2.5 V reference voltage source, a reference voltage buffer, and high-speed serial and parallel interfaces.

 Overview 

The AD7606AD7606-6/AD7606-4 are 16-bit, 8/6/4-channel synchronous sampling analogue-to-digital data acquisition systems (DAS), respectively. Each device has built-in analogue input box level protection, second-order anti-alias filters, track-and-hold amplifiers, 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs), flexible digital filters, a 2.5 V reference voltage source, a reference voltage buffer, and high-speed serial and parallel interfaces.Powered by a single 5 V supply, the AD7606/AD7606-6/AD7606-4 can handle ±10 V and +5 V true bipolar input signals while all channels are sampled at throughput rates up to 200 kSPS. Input bit protection circuitry can withstand voltages up to ±16.5 V. Regardless of the sampling frequency, the analogue input impedance of the AD7606 is 1 M. The single-supply operation with on-chip filtering and high input impedance eliminates the need for a drive op-amp and external bipolar power supply. 200 kSPS, it features 40 dB of anti-alias rejection. The flexible digital filters are pin-driven to improve signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and reduce bandwidth by 3 dB.
