DIODES 2N7002K-7 Datesheet

The 2N7002K-7 from Diodes Incorporated is an N-Channel enhancement-mode field effect transistor (FET) packaged in a compact SOT23 package. This device is designed to minimize on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) while maintaining superior switching performance, making it ideal for high-efficiency power-management applications.
