Product introduction:

The FT400x is a high efficiency synchronous step-down regulator that delivers 0.6A output current over a wide input range with a 1MHz switching frequency.

The FT400x integrates the main power and synchronous power devices with low on-resistance, which reduces the on-impedance and cost down the external Schottky diode, and the built-in compensation architecture does not require the use of external RC compensation circuit and no bootstrap capacitors, so the FT400x is very suitable for applications with simplified peripheral components and single-layer PCB layout requirements.

Complete protection features include over current protection, over temperature protection, short-circuit protection and under voltage lock protection.
