Product Description:

FT60F01X is a basic I/O type microcontroller series of Phaidon Microelectronics, which provides 1K*14b Flash, 256*8b data EERPOM and 64*8b SRAM, and supports 2.0V to 5.5V operating voltage. The microcontrollers provide up to six general-purpose IOs and two internal 8-bit timer/counters; built-in high-speed and low-speed RC oscillator, supporting a maximum frequency of 16MHz; and are available in both SOT23-6 and SOP8 packages, suitable for consumer electronics products with simple functions and very high cost requirements.
