The FT60F02X is an I/O type 8-bit microcontroller with compact instruction set and 2T/4T instruction cycle selectable. It features a wide operating voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V, provides up to 16 general-purpose IOs, supports external crystal 16MHz or 32KHz mode, has two built-in high-speed and high-precision comparators, supports in-circuit system programming ISP and in-circuit debugging, and offers SOP14 and SOP18 package options.
