FT60F12X/FT60F11X is an I/O type 8-bit microcontroller with streamlined instruction set and 2T/4T instruction cycle selectable. It features a wide operating voltage range of 1.9V to 5.5V, supports external crystal 16MHz or 32KHz mode, IO is not only programmable for the size of the irrigation current and pull current, but also can directly drive the LED digital tube, built-in 3-channel PWM with independent polarity and independent duty cycle, supports on-line system programming ISP and on-line debugging, and FT60F12X provides SOP8, SOP14, SOP8, SOP14, SOP16 and MSOP10 package options, FT60F11X provides SOP8, SOP14 and MSOP10 package options. It is especially suitable for applications that require more IO ports.
