Product Description:
The FT60F21x is a compact instruction set IO type 8-bit microcontroller with 4T instruction cycle, specially designed for low cost timer applications. This series of chips has a flexible use of timer/counter, can provide external event counting function, while its clock source is selectable, can continue to work in low-power mode. 6 pins with independent pull-ups, can directly drive the LED digital tube, saving the current-limiting resistor. Built-in watchdog timer, plus excellent anti-interference and ESD protection features to ensure that the chip can be reliable operation in harsh environments. The chips are available in SOT23-6 and SOP8 packages.
