The FT61E0Ax is an enhanced compact instruction set A/D type 8-bit microcontroller with 1T/2T/4T instruction cycle options. The FT61E0Ax features a wide operating voltage range of 1.9V to 5.5V, a multi-channel 12-bit ADC, and a number of flexible timer modules that provide timing, pulse generation, and PWM generation functions. The built-in USART, I2C and SPI communication interfaces provide users with a variety of choices, allowing them to select different communication interfaces according to application requirements. At the same time the built-in watchdog timer, the watchdog clock is optional, the user can be used flexibly. This series of chips have TSSOP20, MSOP10, SOP16, QFN20 four packages.
