FT61F02X is a Pfiman Microelectronics A/D type 8-bit series microcontroller with 2T/4T instruction cycle selectable. It is specially designed for products requiring A/D conversion, such as sensor signal input. This microcontroller features wide voltage operating range from 2.0V to 5.5V, multi-channel A/D conversion, high endurance EEPROM, built-in 16MHz high-speed RC oscillator, built-in 32KHz low-speed RC oscillator, under-voltage detection, support for in-system programming ISP and in-circuit debugging, and is available in three packages, namely SOP8, SOP14 and SOP18.

Access control systems/alarms, temperature sensing devices, lighting control, instrumentation, small appliances and so on.
