The FT61F08X is an enhanced compact instruction set A/D type 8-bit microcontroller with 1T/2T/4T selectable instruction cycle. It features a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, up to 30 general-purpose IOs, programmable pin source and sink current sizes, support for external crystal 16MHz or 32KHz modes, built-in 12bit high-precision ADC, and integrated I²C, USART, and SPI communication interfaces for a wide range of communication methods. It supports online system programming ISP and online debugging, and provides five package options: SOP24, SSOP24, TSSOP24, SOP28 and LQFP32. Suitable for applications requiring communication interface as well as ADC.
