FMD FT61F13X

The FT61F13X is a compact instruction set A/D type 8-bit microcontroller with an integrated RAM data memory and a non-volatile data EEPROM memory. In terms of analogue features, the chip internally integrates a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter, as well as several timer modules that provide timing, counting and PWM functions. Internal watchdog, low-voltage reset, and low-voltage detection functions ensure reliable system operation. Meanwhile, rich clock options are provided, including internal fast clock, internal slow clock, external crystal clock and external input clock, so that users can use them flexibly. In addition, the microcontroller includes rich IO resources, so that this series of microcontrollers can be widely used in a variety of products.
