The FT62E21x is a compact instruction set IO type 8-bit microcontroller with 4T instruction cycle, specially designed for low cost timer applications. This series of chips has a flexible use of timer/counter, which can provide external event counting function, while its clock source is selectable, and it can continue to work in low-power mode.4-input capacitive touch-sensing module, 6 pins with independent pull-ups, and 2 can directly drive LEDs to save current-limiting resistors. Built-in watchdog timer, plus excellent anti-interference and ESD protection features, to ensure that the chip can then operate reliably in harsh environments. The chips are available in SOT23-6 and SOP8 packages.
