The FT62F08X is a TOUCH type 8-bit microcontroller with enhanced lite instruction set and 1T/2T/4T instruction cycle selectable. It features a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, up to 30 general-purpose IOs, programmable pin source and sink current sizes, built-in 16-channel water-resistant touch keys with configurable key scanning times, and integrated I²C, USART, and SPI communication interfaces for a wide range of communication methods. It supports on-line system programming ISP and on-line debugging, and provides LQFP32, TSSOP20 and QFN20 package options. Particularly suitable for applications that require touch buttons.
