FMD FT62F0Gx

FT62F0GX is a high performance compact instruction set 8-bit touch microcontroller. It integrates 42 touch buttons internally and requires only one external reference capacitor to realise the touch function, which can be applied to touch-related products. On the analogue side, the chip contains a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter, an op-amp and two comparators. In terms of protection, the chip contains internal protection features such as watchdog, low-voltage reset and low-voltage detection. In terms of communication interfaces, the chip integrates one I2C, one SPI and three UART interfaces. In addition the chip has 7 built-in timers/counters, of which 3 timers can be used for timing and generating PWM functions with 16bit resolution. The chip integrates 8x32 LCD/LED drivers containing 46 independently controlled IOs for applications requiring multiple IOs.
