Product Description:
The FT62F23X is a high performance compact instruction set 8-bit touch microcontroller. It integrates 8 touch buttons internally and requires only one external reference capacitor to realise the touch function, which can be applied to touch-related products. In terms of protection features, the chip contains internal protection features such as watchdog, low voltage reset and low voltage detection. In addition, the chip has three built-in timers/counters that can be used for timing and generating PWM functions with 16-bit resolution. The chip contains 18 independently controlled IOs that can be used flexibly by the designer.
