The FT62F28X is a high performance compact instruction set 8-bit touch microcontroller. It integrates 28 touch buttons internally and requires only one external reference capacitor to realise the touch function, which can be applied to touch-related products. On the analogue side, the chip contains a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter, an op-amp and two comparators. In terms of protection, the chip contains internal protection features such as watchdog, low-voltage reset and low-voltage detection. In terms of communication interfaces, the chip integrates 1 I2C, 1 SPI and 2 UART interfaces. In addition the chip also has 3 built-in timer/counters that can be used for timing and generating PWM functions with 16bit resolution. The chip contains 30 independently controlled IOs for applications where multiple IOs are required.
