The FT64E0Ax is an enhanced compact instruction set A/D 8-bit microcontroller with 2T/4T instruction cycles. The FT64E0Ax features a wide operating voltage range of 1.9V to 5.5V, a multi-channel 12-bit ADC, and a number of flexible timer modules that provide timing functions, pulse generation, and PWM generation. The chips have a built-in operational amplifier, and the output of the operational amplifier can be used as an input to the ADC for user convenience. In terms of communication interfaces, the chip contains two USART, one I2C and one SPI communication interface, providing users with a variety of options, users can choose different communication interfaces according to the application requirements. At the same time the built-in watchdog timer, the watchdog clock is optional, users can be flexible. This series of chips have TSSOP20, MSOP10, SOP16, QFN20 four packages.
