The FT8374X is a high performance secondary synchronous rectifier chip for QR/DCM/CCM mode flyback circuits, which can significantly improve system efficiency. The built-in synchronous rectifier MOS features small gate capacitance, low on-resistance, and fast switching speed. Support positive and negative terminal applications, internal self-powered, peripheral components very few, only 1 VDD capacitor.
