Product introduction:

The FT8451xx is a high performance, high precision, low cost non-isolated buck power switch. It contains a current-mode PWM controller and a high-voltage power MOS. The built-in error amplifier is optimized to ensure superior dynamic response. Highly accurate internal partial voltage resistors and reference voltages, as well as closed-loop feedback enable the FT8451xx to obtain stable, high-precision output voltages over the full voltage input range.

The FT8451xx uses an ultra-high voltage process with integrated internal high-voltage start-up circuitry, high-voltage power switches, and current sampling resistors, reducing external components and greatly simplifying system applications. Built-in frequency jitter and soft driver design can effectively improve EMI performance.

The FT8451xx internally integrated functions also include: VCC under voltage protection (UVLO), VCC overvoltage protection (OVP), over temperature protection (OTP), cycle-by-cycle over current protection (OCP), and output short circuit protection (SCP). The complete protection functions ensure the reliability of the system.
