The GD30CP331/GD30CP393 single-/dualchannel comparator are drop-in, pin-for-pincompatible replacements for the GD30CP331/GD30CP393, and low-voltage versions of GD30CP331/GD30CP393. The devices withopen-drain output offer the ultimate combination of highspeed (100ns propagation delay) and very low powerconsumption (37μA), and feature such as rail-to- railinputs, low offset voltage (typically 1mV), large outputdrive current, and a wide range of supply voltages from1.8V to 5.5V. The devices are very easy to implement ina wide variety of applications where require criticalresponse time, power-sensitive, low- voltage, and/ortight board space.Advantages of the GD30CP331/GD30CP393 alsoinclude the added benefit of internal hysteresis providenoise immunity, preventing output oscillations even withslow-moving input signals. Designed with the mostmodern techniques, the GD30CP331/GD30CP393achieve superior performance over BiCMOS or bipolarversions on the market.The GD30CP331(single) is available in both SOT23-5Land SC70-5L packages. The GD30CP393 (dual) isoffered in DFN-8L, SOIC-8L, MSOP-8L and TSSOP-8Lpackages. All devices are rated over −40°C to +125°Cindustrial temperature range.
