The GD30DC1307-I06 is a high efficiency synchronousstep-down switching converter. The device operatesfrom an input voltage from 4.2V up to 18V. The mainswitch and synchronous switch are integrated in thedevice with very low RDS_ON and capable of delivering upto 2A current.The switching frequency is set at 600kHz to minimizeoutput voltage ripple. Fault protection includes undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermalshutdown.The GD30DC1307-I06 is available with space savingSOT23-6 package and requires minimal number ofexternal components. Together with its low quiescentcurrent, the GD30DC1307-I06 is ideal for securitycameras, flat panels and monitors, digital set top boxesetc.
