Description:

The GD30DC1309 is a highly efficient integrated powerMOSFET synchronous buck DC-DC converter with a4.5V to 18V wide input supply delivering up to 6A outputcurrent.The GD30DC1309 current mode architecture withexternal compensation allows optimization of transientresponse over a wide range of loads and outputcapacitors. Cycle by cycle current limit providesprotection against short-circuited output, soft starteliminates input surges during startup, and SS/TR pinscan be used to control the output voltage to startup rampor as an input for tracking. In addition, correctlyconfiguring the Enable (EN) pin signal with the opendrain power good (PG) pin signal also realizes multiplepower supply sequence. When the device junctiontemperature exceeds the thermal shutdown temperature,the thermal shutdown protection is activated to preventthe device damaged.
