The GD30DC1358 is a high efficiency synchronousDC/DC step-down converter. The device operates froman input voltage from 4.5V up to 36V.The main switchand synchronous switch are integrated in the device withvery low RDS_ON and capable of delivering up to 2Acurrent.The switching frequency is set at 500kHz to minimizeoutput voltage ripple. The GD30DC1358 fault protectionincludes over current protection, short circuit protection,under voltage lockout protection and thermal shutdown.The Internal soft-start function prevents inrush current atturn-on. The GD30DC1358 is offered in SOT23-6packages.
