The GD30DRE518 device integrates a 32-bitARM® Cortex®-M33 core and a 150V threephase gate driver. The device supports multipleapplications, such as motors, electronic bikes,power tools, etc.The device provides up to 512 KB on-chip flashmemory and up to 128 KB SRAM memory. Anextensive range of enhanced I/O and peripheralsconnected to two APB buses. The devices offer 16channel 12-bit ADC, three 12-bit DACs withindependent output channel, 7 channels for DMA0controller and 5 channels for DMA1 controller, Upto 62 fast GPIOs, all mappable on 16 externalinterrupt lines, three fast rail-to-rail low powercomparators with software configurable, two 16-bitadvanced timer, one 32-bit general timer, up totwelve 16-bit general timers, as well as standardcommunication interfaces: SPI, I2C, USART, I2S.
