The GD30HA8281, GD30HA8282 andGD30HA8284 (GD30HA828x) are a family of lowpower, 48 V wide supply voltage, low noise, railto-rail output operational amplifiers capable ofoperating on supplies ranging from +4.5 V (±2.25V) to +48 V (±24 V). This new generation of highvoltage CMOS operational amplifiers, inconjunction with the GD30AP826x, provide afamily of bandwidth, noise, and power options tomeet the needs of a wide variety of applications. The GD30HA828x devices offer outstanding dcprecision and ac performance, including low offset (±0.5mV typically), low offset drift (±2 μV/°C typically), 10 MHzbandwidth, and 8 nV/√Hz input voltage noise density at10 kHz.Unique features such as differential input-voltage rangeto the negative supply rail, high output current (±45 mA),high capacitive load drive of up to 1nF, and high slewrate (9V/μs) make the GD30HA828x high-performanceoperational amplifiers for high-voltage industrialapplications.The robust design of the GD30HA828x family providesease-of-use to the circuit designer: integrated RF/EMIrejection filter, no phase reversal in overdrive conditions,and high electro-static discharge (ESD) protection.
