Description:

The GD30LD1117 is low dropout three-terminalregulators optimized for low voltage where transientresponse and minimum input voltage are critical. Thedevice provides current-limit and thermal-shutdownfeatures. Its circuit includes a trimmed bandgapreference to assure output voltage accuracy of within±1%. On-chip thermal shutdown provides protectionagainst a combination of high current and ambienttemperature that would create excessive junctiontemperature.The GD30LD1117BSTR-I is available in fixed outputvoltage versions of 3.3V, 5.0V, and an adjustable outputvoltage version which can set the output voltage with twoexternal resistors. The GD30LD1117BWTR is availablein fixed output voltage version of 3.3V and 5.0V.The GD30LD1117BSTR is available in the industrystandard SOT223 package, and GD30LD1117BWTR isSOT-89.
