The GD30LD2001 is a ultra-low quiescent low dropoutlinear regulator with 300mA driving current. With lessthan 0.5µA quiescent current at no load, is ideally suitedfor portable devices. The GD30LD2001 provides 1.2V to5.0V output voltage for multiple application and it is withbuild-in thermal shutdown and current limit protectionfunctions.
