Description:

The GD30LD2100 series is a three-terminal step-down voltage regulator with high precision, low dropout, low current consumption and high PSRR, supporting an input voltage of up to 10V. It can provide a large current output capacity under extremely small voltage difference conditions and has a good regulation rate. It integrates a high-precision reference voltage source and output power transistor overcurrent protection circuit as well as over-temperature protection internally. The enable pin EN can control the chip to enter standby mode, in which the static current consumption is greatly reduced. It is particularly suitable for applications with strict requirements for battery life. The packaging adopts SOT23, SOT89 or DFN1X1-4 form.
