The device continuouslymonitors the input voltage, and the input current. Whenthe input overvoltage condition is occur, the device willturn off the power MOSFET immediately. If the inputcurrent exceeds the over current threshold for a limitedtime, the device will turn off the output power.Additionally, the device also provide other protectionfeatures include under voltage lockout and thermalshutdown. The GD30SP2201 is available in a greensmall foot print DFN2×2-8L package.
