The GD30TS003T is GigaDevice’s new high accuracydigital temperature sensor. Its functionality includesenhanced signal processing, two distinctive and userselectable I2C addresses and communication speedsof up to 1MHz. The DFN package has a footprint of 3mmx 3mm while keeping a height of 0.75 mm. This allowsfor integration of the GD30TS003T into a great variety ofapplications. Additionally, the wide supply voltage rangeof 2.4V to 5.5V guarantees compatibility with a widerange of applications.
