Description:

GD30TSHT30 is a temperature and relative humiditysensor with an I2C interface. It is a CMOS-MEMS sensorbased on GigaDevice innovation technology. In addition,the sensor's I2C interface features two distinctive andselectable I2C addresses, with I²C communicationspeeds of up to 1MHz. The chip is packaged in aminiaturized DFN package with dimensions of 2.50mmx 2.50mm and a thickness of only 0.9mm. This allowsthe GD30TSHT30 to be widely integrated into variousapplications. Moreover, its wide supply voltage range of2.0V to 5.5V makes it adaptable to multiple power supplyenvironments.
