The GD32C2x1 series of MCUS, while maintaining excellent price competitiveness, significantly enhance computing performance and peripheral specifications, achieving an ultra-high cost-performance upgrade. This series adopts Arm's advanced Cortex®-M23 core architecture, with a performance 10% higher than that of Cortex® M0+. The main frequency can reach 48MHz, and it features efficient processing capabilities such as single-cycle multiplication and integer division operations, significantly enhancing software execution efficiency. In terms of storage configuration, it is equipped with 32KB to 64KB high-reliability embedded Flash and 12KB low-power SRAM. The entire storage area is equipped with ECC error correction function. To meet the requirements of different application scenarios, we offer a variety of packaging options including TSSOP20/LGA20, QFN28, LQFP32/QFN32, and LQFP48 /QFN48. The GD32C2x1 series MCU offers up to 4 general-purpose 16-bit timers and 1 16-bit advanced timer. It is equipped with 2 high-speed SPI interfaces (supporting four-wire QSPI Mode with a rate of up to 24Mbps), 2 I2C interfaces (supporting Fast Mode+ with a rate of 1Mbit/s) and 3 UARTS (with a rate of 6Mbps), and integrates 3 DMA controllers and 1 I2S to ensure efficient communication capabilities. It is highly suitable for application in scenarios such as small household appliances, white goods, BMS battery management systems, small display devices, portable consumer electronics, industrial auxiliary control systems, and in-vehicle aftermarket equipment.

The GD32C231 Value series MCU is based on the Cortex®-M23 core, with a main frequency of up to 48MHz. It features efficient processing capabilities such as single-cycle multiplication and integer division operations, and is equipped with 32KB to 64KB Flash, 12KB SRAM, and abundant peripheral resources. It offers multiple packages such as TSSOP20, QFN28, and LQFP48, supporting a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and an industrial-grade temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃.
